Include as much of this as you can — it cuts our reply time roughly in half:
- The email address you sign in with
- The device / browser you're on (e.g., "iPhone 15, iOS 18, Safari")
- What you were trying to do + what happened instead
- A screenshot if anything looked wrong on screen
Common questions
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Cancel anytime through the platform that billed you:- iOS: iPhone Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Note & Key Pro → Cancel Subscription. Or, in the app, tap Settings → Plan → Manage subscription for a deep-link.
I lost access on a new device — how do I get Pro back?
Open the app, go to Settings → Plan, then tap Restore previous purchase. Apple will look up your subscription and re-link your account automatically. If the button reports "no active subscription," sign in with the same Apple ID that originally purchased.A family wants to pay me by card — how does that work?
Teachers on any plan can generate Stripe Checkout links from any invoice (Invoices → tap an invoice → Send card-payment link). The link goes straight from the family's card to your connected Stripe account — Note & Key doesn't sit in the money flow. Stripe Connect onboarding is in Settings → Payments → Stripe.Where do my practice recordings get stored?
On our Supabase project in private (RLS-scoped) Storage. Only the family that uploaded a recording and the teachers in their studio can read it. Audio is never shared with third parties or used for ad targeting. Delete-account in Settings → Account wipes every recording you uploaded.How do I export my data?
Settings → Account → Download your data. You get a JSON file of every record we hold for your account — students, lessons, assignments, practice uploads, invoices, comments. Use it to back up or migrate to another tool.

Security + privacy concerns
For privacy questions, data-export requests, or anything covered by GDPR / CCPA / CPRA, email [email protected] with "Privacy" in the subject. Same address for security disclosures (mark with "Security" — we'll respond inside 72 hours).
